These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Muslim Prime mobile application (“the App”) operated by Muslim Prime .

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the Application

Muslim Prime provides tools and features designed to assist Muslims in their daily religious practices, including:

• Prayer times

• Qibla direction

• Islamic calendar

• Quran reading

• Tasbih counter

• Mosque finder

• Prayer notifications
  
  

These features are provided for informational and personal use only.

Users are responsible for verifying prayer times and religious practices according to their own local community or religious authority.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Muslim Prime offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional features.

Available plans may include:

• Monthly subscription

• Yearly subscription

• Limited-time promotional offers
  
  

Payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchases.

Subscription terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

• You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.

3. Premium Features

Premium features may include, but are not limited to:

• Removal of advertisements

• Additional Adhan sounds

• Additional Quran reciters

• Monthly prayer timetable

• Date converter

Feature availability may change or be updated over time.

4. Notifications

The App may send local notifications including:

• Prayer reminders

• Adhan alerts

• Ramadan reminders such as Suhur
  
  

These notifications are generated locally on the device and can be disabled in your device settings.

5. Location Services

Certain features require location access, including:

• Prayer time calculation

• Qibla direction

• Nearby mosque search
  
  

Location access is optional and can be disabled in your device settings. Some features may not function properly without location access.

6. Third-Party Services

Muslim Prime may rely on third-party services necessary for functionality, including:

• Apple Maps – for location and mosque search

• RevenueCat – for subscription management

• Apple App Store – for in-app purchases
  
  

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and software used in Muslim Prime are the property of Muslim Prime unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

• Copy

• Modify

• Distribute

• Reverse engineer
  
  

any part of the application without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Muslim Prime is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

While we aim to provide accurate prayer times and Islamic information, we do not guarantee that all information will always be completely accurate or uninterrupted.

We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the App.

9. Changes to the App

We may update or modify the App, including its features or pricing, at any time.

We may also discontinue certain features or services without prior notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Any updates will be posted in the App or on our website with an updated revision date.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
